PENDAFTARAN:

1. Peserta diwajibkan mengisi e-form pendaftaran dengan jelas dan valid.

2. Peserta berdomisili di wilayah Indonesia.

3. Pendaftaran tidak dipungut biaya dan terbuka untuk siapa saja sebatas di wilayah Indonesia.

4. Lomba tidak berlaku untuk karyawan dari PT. Jaya Real Property, Tbk.

METODE PENJURIAN:

Penilaian pemenang dilakukan dengan cara skoring peringkat di mesin pencari Google.co.id dan Yahoo.co.id untuk 2 kalimat kunci yang disebutkan di bawah, berdasarkan kualitas konten/artikel, dan desain website/web page. Juri memiliki wewenang mutlak atas para pemenang.

PERATURAN TEKNIS:

1. Peserta boleh menggunakan domain sendiri atau blog gratis.

2.  Setiap peserta hanya diperbolehkan mendaftarkan satu alamat blog saja. Jika satu orang peserta terbukti mendaftarkan lebih dari satu blog, maka panitia berhak mendiskualifikasi peserta tanpa peringatan apapun.

3. Dilarang menggunakan nama domain atau blog yang mengandung kata kunci yang dikonteskan.

4. Web/Blog dan konten dilarang mengandung unsur pornografi, SARA, dan segala sesuatu yang melanggar hukum yang berlaku di Indonesia dan internasional.

5. Publikasikan konten artikel yang dikonteskan kedalam media sosial anda (facebook, twitter, g+ dll).

6. Konten artikel yang hanya menginformasikan tentang kontes akan didiskualifikasi.

7. Tidak diperbolehkan melakukan kecurangan dengan teknik Black SEO apapun.

8. Dilarang menggunakan iklan PPC untuk mempromosikan konten blog/web yang sedang di ikut sertakan dalam Bintaro SEO contest.

9. Peserta yang melanggar peraturan, secara otomatis akan didiskualifikasi.

10. Peraturan sewaktu-waktu dapat berubah tanpa pemberitahuan sebelumnya kepada peserta.

PERATURAN ARTIKEL:

1. Tema konten/artikel: “Bintaro Jaya the professional’s city”, dengan judul : "Bintaro Jaya Perumahan terdepan di Selatan Jakarta".

2. Konten artikel harus terdiri dari minimal 500 kata, menggunakan bahasa Indonesia yang jelas, sesuai EYD, dan mudah dipahami.

3. Artikel harus mengandung 2 (dua) kalimat kunci, yakni: "Perumahan Jakarta Selatan" dan "Bintaro Jaya The Professional’s City", serta memberikan backlink ke website www.jayaproperty.com

4. Wajib memasukkan banner dari Bintaro Jaya, dan menyertakan backlink ke website www.jayaproperty.com 

5. Banner dapat diperoleh di http://www.jayaproperty.com/retellingbintaro/images/banner.png

6. Konten artikel harus bersifat original. Dilarang keras menjiplak tulisan peserta kontes lain.
